LIA stands for Lärande i Arbete—”learning in work”—a program that lets students test their skills in real companies. It’s hands-on, fast-paced, and full of surprises.

What kind of work are we expected to do?

Well we are expected to be not just observing—we’re right in the mix:

AI tools are powerful—but they’re not magic. Sometimes they don´t deliver. Sometimes they behave oddly. But those moments? That’s where the learning happens.

In a couple of weeks, we’re heading back to the classroom—with more confidence, curiosity, and clarity on how we want to work with AI going forward.
